Introduction
To give users in your organisation access to SketchUp:
Sign in to the Trimble Admin Console or Account Management Portal (AMP), depending on which account management system your account uses.
Make sure you have the appropriate administrator role to manage users and assign licenses.
Add the user using their email address, first name, and last name.
Assign the appropriate SketchUp product license to the user.

How User Access Works
Each SketchUp subscription is assigned to a single named user. The user's name and email address should match their Trimble account.
If the user does not already have a Trimble ID, they will be prompted to create one. Once their account is set up, they can sign in and access the SketchUp products assigned to them.
Signing In to SketchUp
After a license has been assigned, the user should sign in to SketchUp using the same email address associated with their assigned license.
Once signed in, SketchUp connects to Trimble's servers to authenticate the user's access. An internet connection is required periodically to maintain authorization. Users can work offline for up to 28 days before they need to connect to the internet and sign in again.
Device Activation
A user can activate their SketchUp subscription on up to two devices. However, the subscription can only be actively used on one device at a time.
