SketchUp Product Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

Act as the go-to resource for product-related questions, offering clear and customer-centric explanations
-
Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
-
Educate customers on product features and updates
-
Find opportunities to promote SketchUp plugins
-
Collaborate with the sales team and relay customer feedback
-
Conduct training sessions for customers on improving workflow process
-
Create online training videos
-
​Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
-
Strong technical knowledge of CAD and rendering software, including but not limited to SketchUp, BricsCAD, V-Ray, and Enscape.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Fast learner, able to work independently and as a team

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.​
SketchUp Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:​
-
Responsible for incoming pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management
-
Send quotation and product information and reply emails to customers professionally
-
Deliver an excellent level of customer service and develop relationships with customers to maximize sales potential, retention and renewal and to ensure total customers satisfaction

Ensure monthly KPIs (Call Performance and Sales Targets) are met and exceeded
-
Provide basic telemarketing support
-
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, and facilitate customer invoicing.

Maintain customer records and update the database.
-
Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
-
Other admin duties to be assigned later.
Qualifications:
-
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Energetic, outgoing personality, customer and service oriented
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-
3 or more years of experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
